Schedule a Wellness Exam
If you have a vet already, please contact them to let them know about your new dog and schedule a wellness exam. If this is your first pet, please contact a local vet to setup your first appointment.
Your dog has been microchipped. The microchip is currently registered with Dog Star Rescue but you will want to change that to your own information since you are now the dog’s owner.
For most animals, it’s stressful to have a new home, smells, sounds, and humans. Please reference the 3/3/3 rule to understand how long it takes most dogs to adjust.
